Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, capture business requirements, and map infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion with enterprise customers.
• Carry a quota for new business and account growth; drive quarterly business reviews.
• Act as trusted advisor across customer lifecycle, guiding architecture and deployment confidence.
• Leverage AI-enhanced workflows to automate routine tasks and increase strategic advisory time.
• Collaborate with Enablement to produce SOPs and best-practice guides.
