Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market, bridging strategy and business value for enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding and expansion. You will act as a quota-carrying technologist, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and deliver high-value architectural designs.

You will partner with Account Executives, design migration blueprints, own discovery and demos, onboarding, health tracking, and expansion strategies across DNS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in pre-sales technical engagements and customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, and security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and validate customer requirements.
• Design migration and onboarding blueprints for customers.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, and health tracking with Account Executives.
• Drive expansion strategies and quarterly business reviews.
• Advise on architecture, security posture and deployment confidence.
