Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, business value translation, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management, bridging technical details with C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and design bespoke architectures for PoCs across Cloudflare portfolios.
• Own onboarding, implementation, health, risk, and expansion strategies with customers.
• Carry a quota and drive new business while ensuring platform adoption and revenue retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
