Job summary

You will partner with Account Executives to lead demos, onboard customers, monitor health metrics, and drive platform adoption across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and demos across Cloudflare’s portfolio (Security, Networking, Developer Platforms).
• Oversee onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with Account Executives and customers.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and/or account growth.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and reclaim time for strategic advisory.
• Coordinate with teams on web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
