Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in nonprofit or software.
Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Sales experience preferred.
Salesforce Administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
Earn the technical win through compelling demos and presentations.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and design technical POVs aligned with industry knowledge.
Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform and present story-driven demos.
Build relationships with the sales team and account contacts and feed customer requirements back to product/engineering teams.
Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
Travel domestically up to 20%.
