Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer focused on nonprofits to map customer goals to Salesforce solutions and win technical sections with demos. You will tailor stories showing business value and collaborate with sales on stakeholder engagements.

Ideal candidates have nonprofit or software experience, Salesforce admin exposure, and a passion for AI-driven insights. This role offers flexible office options and frequent customer interactions across multiple states.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
• 3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in nonprofit or software
• Fast-paced, agile company environment experience
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio
• Earn the technical win through compelling demos and presentations
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
• Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge
• Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value using AI tooling
• Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts
• Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams
• Travel domestically up to 20%
