Job summary

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
3+ years of professional experience in nonprofit or software industry
Experience in fast-paced, agile environments
Salesforce Administrator experience preferred
Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio
Earn the technical win through demos and presentations
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
Develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge
Design innovative Salesforce solutions
Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value using AI tooling
Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts
Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering
Participate in ongoing training and certifications
Travel domestically up to 20%
