Responsibilities

Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
Earn the technical win through compelling demos and presentations.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and research technical points of view.
Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value.
Build and maintain relationships with sales teams and account contacts.
Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams.
Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
Travel domestically up to 20%.
