Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior Salesforce SE to help nonprofit clients map goals to the Salesforce platform and deliver compelling demonstrations that illustrate business value. You will respond to RFPs and craft technical POVs while collaborating with sales to drive customer success.

The role requires deep CRM and AI analytics knowledge, agile experience, and strong communication skills, with up to 20% domestic travel.

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
Earn the "technical win" through compelling demos and presentations.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge.
Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value.
Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts.
Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams.
Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
Travel domestically up to 20%.
