Grafana Labs, the company behind Grafana, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for Acquisition in the Central region with remote work in the United States. You will join a global Solutions Engineering team to educate customers, qualify opportunities, and drive technical engagements that close deals.

The role requires strong pre‑sales experience in Open Source or Monitoring, exceptional communication, and the ability to work across time zones in a remote‑first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre‑sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for collaboration with global teams and customers.
• Remote‑first environment requiring collaboration with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams for feedback on products and competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems learned during interactions.
• Contribute to enablement materials and knowledge base.
