Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre‑sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in Metrics/Monitoring.
• Excellent written and oral communication for collaboration with global teams and customers.
• Remote‑first collaboration with an international team and ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Join an early high‑growth team to solve technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value, vision, and strategy.
• Own the technical engagement and help close high‑velocity opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers and prospects.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering from customer interactions.
• Contribute to enablement material and documentation.
