Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Startup environment requires strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• Remote-first, international team; ability to work across time zones.
• First-class written and oral communication skills for global customers and teams.
• Desire to grow technically; coding bootcamp grads welcome; initiative-driven.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high-growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities with credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams for feedback on products and competitive landscape.
• Drive product discussions based on customer insights and observed needs.
• Contribute to documentation, blogs, videos, and knowledge articles.
