Heartland Business Systems is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the sales process for technology solutions and services. This role builds long-term client relationships, serving as a strategic technology and business advisor to help customers reach short- and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of related Sales Experience (in technology industry).
• Advanced business knowledge and acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Maintain an outcome-focused mindset and strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor associates; may manage projects or teams.
• Quote prices, terms, and bid specifications; analyze client needs.
• Negotiate prices and terms; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and promote products to clients.
• Forecast new business as it is developed and closes.
