Job summary

Heartland Business Systems is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the sales process and translate customer goals into technology solutions. You will own the customer journey, build lasting relationships, and serve as a strategic advisor to help clients reach short- and long-term objectives.

You may mentor Associate Solutions Consultants and lead projects, while collaborating with engineers and sales teams to craft customized offerings.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of related Sales Experience (in technology industry).
• Advanced business knowledge and acumen.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Maintain an outcome focused mindset.
• Have strong prioritization skills and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Associate Solutions Consultants.
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications; prepare sales contracts.
• Analyze client needs and manage client satisfaction issues.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Maintain customer records using CRM and other tools.
• Forecast new business as it is developed and closed; meet sales goals.
