This role owns the customer journey, builds long-term relationships, and acts as a strategic advisor to help clients reach business goals.

The Senior SC may mentor Associate Solutions Consultants, lead projects, and collaborate with engineers and the sales team to tailor solutions, quote terms, and close deals while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years in technology sales.
• Strong business acumen and strategic selling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet targets.
• Strong prioritization and teamwork orientation.
• Professional and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Associate Solutions Consultants.
• Lead projects or teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
• Analyze client needs and manage satisfaction throughout the engagement.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Maintain customer records using CRM and other tools.
• Visit establishments to assess needs and promote products/services.
• Prepare sales contracts and process orders.
• Forecast new business as opportunities develop and close.
• Meet or exceed projected sales goals at the highest level.
