Heartland Business Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the sales process for technology solutions and services, guiding customers toward their short- and long-term goals. This role emphasizes building long-term relationships and acting as a strategic advisor across engagements.

You will mentor Associate Solutions Consultants, lead projects, quote terms, and collaborate with engineers to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of related sales experience in technology
• Advanced business knowledge and acumen
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Maintain an outcome focused mindset
• Have strong prioritization skills
• Always be a team player
• Carry a professional attitude and respectful demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Associate Solutions Consultants.
• Lead projects or teams when needed.
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
• Analyze client needs and manage satisfaction issues.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Maintain customer records using CRM and other tools.
• Visit establishments to evaluate needs and promote product sales.
• Prepare sales contracts for orders and submit for processing.
• Collaborate with engineers regarding technical problems.
• Forecast new business as it develops and closes.
