Qualifications

• 3+ years technical pre-sales experience required; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Experience influencing key stakeholders and gaining buy-in.
• Experience delivering standardized technical presentations, workshops, or engagements.
• Experience in complex sales with long cycles.
• Foundational knowledge in Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, SOC/Endpoint, SASE or AI Security.
• Experience supporting customer success functions during implementation and adoption.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the patch (Idaho, Oregon, Washington).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quotas by building strategic, technical account plans.
• Conduct foundational discovery to understand customer priorities.
• Identify stakeholders and build relationships to drive security architecture roadmaps.
• Position and demonstrate high-level designs across Palo Alto Networks portfolio.
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure technical wins in opportunities.
• Promote Palo Alto Networks technologies and align with services for initial adoption.
• Provide technical ownership and guidance for assigned accounts during deployment.
• Monitor usage and outcomes to identify optimization opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialists, Channel Partners and Support.
• Communicate effectively to guide decision-making through demonstrations and workshops.
