Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Experience influencing key stakeholders in customer-facing or internal roles.
• Experience creating and delivering standardized technical presentations, workshops, or validation engagements.
• Experience in complex, multi-product sales with long cycles.
• Foundational knowledge in networking, security, cloud, SOC/Endpoint, SASE, or AI Security.
• Experience helping ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions.
• Technical curiosity with high AI fluency.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by developing strategic, technical account plans.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer priorities and articulate them.
• Identify stakeholders and cultivate relationships to drive a security architecture transformation.
• Position designs across the Palo Alto Networks portfolio to create business value.
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure a technical win.
• Promote solutions including Palo Alto Networks technologies and align with services.
• Provide technical ownership for accounts, ensuring deployment readiness and product adoption.
• Monitor usage to identify optimization opportunities and risks, collaborating with teams.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialists, Partners to align strategies.
• Present technical engagements and demonstrations translating security concepts into capability.
