Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions. You will own discovery, design, and deployment across Maps, Programs, Planning, and Territory Management, guiding customers and junior staff.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate multiple implementations, and influence pre-sales activities when needed. This role requires travel within the US/Canada and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience implementing or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related solutions.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing implementation or consulting capacity.
• Strong analytical thinker with Excel modeling skills.
• Understanding of data concepts and data flows in sales performance solutions.
• Proven ability to consult with customers and lead stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in changing environments and mentor others.
• Based in the US or Canada with regional travel availability.
• Degree or equivalent experience; evaluated on core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope across territory management, planning, and incentive compensation.
• Design scalable SPM solutions across Maps, Programs, Planning, and Territory Management.
• Configure incentive compensation structures and real-time statements.
• Develop capacity, quota, and territory models; ensure forecasting accuracy.
• Deliver seller enablement with programs, dashboards, and enablement impact.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for workstreams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
