Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead delivery workstreams end to end for Sales Performance Management deployments across Planning, Maps, Spiff, and Enterprise Territory Management.

You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate with Solution Architects and engage customers to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality implementations while ensuring timely delivery and customer success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering SaaS solutions in customer-facing delivery or consulting.
• Experience with Sales Performance Management, incentive planning, or related tech.
• Strong analytical, Excel modeling, and data concept knowledge.
• Proven ability to consult with customers and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, PM skills, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery workstreams end to end across multiple implementations.
• Design, configure, and deliver scalable SPM solutions (Maps, Spiff, Planning).
• Guide discovery, validate calculations, and ensure accuracy of results.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Partner with architects and product teams; support pre-sales as needed.
