Salesforce seeks a Senior Solution Consultant to help customers realize value from Sales Performance Management across territory, incentive, and planning solutions. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor teammates, and collaborate with architects and product teams to deliver scalable configurations on time.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, discovery, and guidance for large-scale deployments, with travel as needed within the US/Canada.

Competenze

• 4+ years implementing Sales Performance Management or related solutions.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical thinking with Excel modeling.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery to scope customer sales performance requirements across territory management, planning, incentive compensation, and enablement.
• Design and build scalable SPM solutions across the portfolio with ownership of commissions and statements.
• Configure incentive compensation in Spiff with real-time statements and estimations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery workstreams and mentor junior consultants.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and product teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
