Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions. You will own discovery, design, configuration, and deployment across Sales Planning, Maps, Spiff, and Enterprise Territory Management, working with cross-functional teams.

You’ll mentor junior consultants, translate business requirements into scalable architectures, and ensure accurate calculations and reliable outcomes for customers, while coordinating with product teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years implementing or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related solutions.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Analytical thinker with strong logic and Excel modeling skills.
• Understanding of data concepts and data flows in sales tech.
• Ability to consult with customers and manage stakeholders.
• Strong organization and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope, breadth, and complexity of customer needs.
• Design and build scalable SPM solutions across the portfolio with ownership of commission plans.
• Configure incentive compensation in Spiff and provide real-time visibility of earnings.
• Create capacity, quota, and territory plans and align account coverage to strategy.
• Deliver enablement, dashboards, and program analytics tied to revenue outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices across teams.
