Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to deliver and scale Sales Performance Management solutions for customers. You will own delivery workstreams across planning, territory management, incentive compensation, and enablement programs, collaborating with Solution Architects and product teams.

You’ll mentor colleagues, map complex commission plans, and help customers operationalize their sales performance strategy on the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing or consulting on Sales Performance Management.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and Excel modeling skills.
• Understanding of data concepts and data flows in sales tech.
• Ability to consult with customers and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proven project management and multi-workstream delivery能力.
• Willingness to travel within US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope and complexity of sales performance needs.
• Design and build scalable solutions across the SPM suite with ownership of plans.
• Configure incentive compensation and commission structures in Spiff.
• Build territory and quota models in Sales Planning and ETM.
• Implement Maps for geographic visualization and territory planning.
• Deliver enablement with Sales Programs and dashboards tied to revenue.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as primary delivery contact and review calculations for customers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery workstreams across concurrent implementations.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Contribute reusable assets and collaborate with Solution Architects.
• Support pre-sales activities like discovery and POC demos.
• Maintain target billable utilization.
