Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions, including commission plans, territory management, and enablement programs. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Product teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, accurate outcomes for customers.

You will mentor junior consultants, drive workstreams across multiple implementations, and contribute reusable assets to improve delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience implementing, configuring, or consulting on Sales Performance Management, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), sales planning, or related sales technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing implementation or consulting capacity.
• Highly analytical thinker with the ability to map complex systems and perform Excel modeling.
• Solid understanding of data concepts and data flows in sales performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope and complexity of sales performance requirements across territory management, planning, incentive compensation, and program enablement.
• Design and build scalable solutions across the SPM suite with ownership of commission plans and supporting architecture.
• Configure incentive compensation in Spiff with real-time statements and slips for accurate earnings visibility.
• Develop territory models and assignment rules to support accurate forecasting and account coverage.
