Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a Solutions Consultant to act as the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team. You will master product functionality, demonstrate solutions, and align architecture with customer needs to accelerate deals.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Security to ensure compelling, compliant proposals and high-quality demos. This role is remote with travel up to 25% and offers a comprehensive benefits package and commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within HR technology or benefits administration.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate product details into customer-friendly language and collateral.
• Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, security and product teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and demos for ALEX Home opportunities with Account Executives.
• Shape solutions around buyer needs and architect integrations (APIs, SSO, data flows).
• Provide expert input on RFP responses and security/privacy considerations.
• Create tailored customer collateral and demonstrate value during live engagements.
• Help drive revenue goals through deal velocity and win-rate improvements.
