Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a Solutions Consultant to be the go-to product expert for the ALEX Home suite. You’ll collaborate with the Revenue and Renewal teams, account executives, marketers and product to design tailored solutions, deliver high-impact demos, and guide customers through security and integration considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral addressing product and system concerns
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches
• Strong communication skills, honest and empathetic
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, and lead the solution side of complex and strategic deals
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support, and help cross-train teammates
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos
• Explain our integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and single sign-on (SSO), and how they fit each customer's architecture
• Speak confidently to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations
• Field questions and objections in real time, and show where our approach stands out against competitors
• Partner with the Proposal & Deal Desk team to support RFPs and security questionnaires
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality
• Partner with Sales Enablement to create advanced solution collateral and roll out talk tracks for Benefits Administration and ALEX
• Represent the voice of the market with Marketing and Product
