Job summary

Jellyvision is redefining how organizations experience benefits through the ALEX Home platform. We seek a Solutions Consultant who becomes the trusted advisor across the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams.

You will master our products, support sales, and help customers with security, architecture, and implementation requirements. You will work with Marketing and Product to capture market voice, support pilots, and contribute to revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers in plain language.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer information requests and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and fit with customer architecture.
• Speak on security and data privacy in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections and highlight Jellyvision's differentiators.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis.
