Job summary

Jellyvision, a Chicago-based innovator in benefits tech, seeks a Solutions Consultant to be the go-to product expert for the ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You’ll master our products, demo environment, architecture, security and implementation requirements, helping speed up deals with trusted guidance.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Product to reflect the voice of the market, design tailored solutions, and deliver in-depth demos to buyers, brokers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, and lead the solution side of complex and strategic deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support, and help cross-train teammates.
• Explain our integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and single sign-on (SSO).
• Speak confidently to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time, and show where our approach stands out against competitors.
• Partner with the Proposal & Deal Desk team to provide expert input on RFPs and support plan design analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
