Appian is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to redefine technical advisory for financial services, architecting cloud solutions and leading strategic opportunities. You will own account strategy, orchestrate technical wins, and collaborate with product teams to influence the roadmap.

This remote role requires 8+ years in related roles, strong programming fluency, and proven communication with C-level audiences; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or equivalent in enterprise software; or 10+ years in client-facing professional services.
• Recent hands-on programming in modern environments (Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++).
• Strong communication and executive-level influencing ability.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and technical orchestration for strategic opportunities.
• Lead executive workshops to align objectives with Appian capabilities.
• Design and deliver high-quality POCs/POVs with executive sponsorship.
• Understand customer IT landscapes to integrate Appian into complex environments.
• Direct technical validation for RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback.
• Scale best practices through coaching and enablement sessions.
