Appian is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to redefine technical advisory for financial services, architecting cloud solutions, and guiding strategic opportunities. This remote role focuses on owning account strategy, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Partners, and delivering high-impact technical demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business field (CS/Engineering/IT).
• 8+ years as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar enterprise software pre-sales role; OR 10+ years in client-facing professional services or technical consulting with enterprise sales.
• Strong communication and leadership; able to engage executives and C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and technical orchestration for strategic opportunities.
• Lead executive roadmap sessions, transformation workshops, and visioning discussions.
• Architect and deliver high-quality custom POCs/POVs with executive sponsorship and clear success criteria.
• Understand customer IT landscapes (banking, CRM, data, AI, workflow) to integrate Appian into complex environments.
• Direct technical responses to RFIs/RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Influence product roadmap by conveying customer requirements to Product Management.
• Scale best practices through field enablement, assets, and reusable customer stories.
