Appian is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Customer Success team. You will engage with customers post‑sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, including AI-powered capabilities, to drive digital transformation and competitive differentiation.

In an agile environment, you’ll define business needs, create data models, and develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems. You’ll mentor teams and help clients adopt self‑sufficient process applications across programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field.
• Willingness to travel; travel up to 20% annually.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, develop and implement Appian-based software and AI solutions for clients.
• Lead project life-cycle activities in an agile environment from analysis to deployment.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and translate into designs.
• Develop relational data models and APIs to integrate with multiple systems.
• Mentor and lead small post-sale teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Drive client adoption by enabling self-sufficiency with process apps.
