Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Solutions Consultant who bridges pre-sales, sales, and customer success to drive adoption of our AI-first digital operations platform. You will interpret customer environments, identify roadblocks, design integrations across stacks, and address technical questions in RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

You will partner with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling business value to DevOps and executive stakeholders, while traveling to customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers and executives.
• Ability to do basic scripting and Linux knowledge.
• Experience selling SaaS in a competitive environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify roadblocks and provide technical solutions.
• Run technical discovery to understand customer environments.
• Design integrations to align with the customer's tech stack.
• Support sales cycles with technical Qs in RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires.
• Explain PagerDuty's value to DevOps and C-level stakeholders.
• Assist customers in realizing PagerDuty's capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple tasks independently and with teams.
• Learn quickly and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
