Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic engagement with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering across the US. You will bridge customer needs and PagerDuty’s product roadmap, evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, and mentor a high-performing technical sales team.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering leadership, drive AIOps and digital transformation initiatives, and help customers achieve operational resilience in a rapidly evolving cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/Cloud infra.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence C-level executives at large enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Act as peer and advisor to customer CTOs/CIOs, guiding complex digital transformations.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in content.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to reflect US market needs in long-term roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight and executive presence for large enterprise opportunities in the US.
• Foster DevOps and SRE communities, sharing best practices in AI ethics and incident response.
• Identify market shifts and technical trends to leverage opportunities.
