PagerDuty is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team in a hybrid role. You will bridge pre-sales, sales, and customer success, understanding customer environments and delivering thoughtful solutions that leverage PagerDuty’s platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical field.
• Ability to do basic scripting (Java, PHP, Ruby, Perl) and basic Linux knowledge.
• Experience selling SaaS in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify potential roadblocks and provide thoughtful, technical solutions.
• Run technical discovery processes to understand customer environments.
• Design integrations to fit the customer's current tech stack.
• Support sales cycles by handling technical questions in RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Explain PagerDuty's value to stakeholders from engineers to executives.
• Support one of 375+ native integrations to optimize PagerDuty's capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to grow the business.
• Manage multiple tasks independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Learn quickly and apply meticulous attention to detail.
