Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic engagements with US-based CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering and partners with executives to redefine digital operations, resilience, and automation.

You will evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor technical teams, and serve as a trusted advisor on AIOps, SRE maturity, cloud migration, and digital transformation for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical leadership or product management in SaaS/DevOps.
• Proven track record with Fortune 500 executives.
• Ability to influence sales cycles and map buying journeys.
• Expertise in at least three domains: Incident management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud native, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity IR.
• Excellent public speaking and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel US and international.

Responsibilities

• Advise CTOs and CIOs on digital transformation and PagerDuty operations cloud.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at events and in content.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture US market needs in roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex enterprise deals across the US.
• Build a DevOps/SRE community and share best practices.
• Identify market shifts and trends to inform strategy.
