PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Consulting to lead its North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org, spanning demos, architecture, and POVs. You will partner with Sales and Product to influence direction, drive customer success, and expand net revenue retention.

A global center of excellence will codify standards and scalable engagement frameworks across the field. You will hire and coach top talent, set strategic priorities, and champion AI-powered tools

Formación

• Experience in technical sales with 10+ years in the field.
• At least 3 years in a senior-level people management role.
• Strategic leadership in driving revenue across varied customers.
• Strong technical background in SaaS and cloud environments.
• Exceptional communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision for the NA Solution Consulting org and build scalable playbooks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue to drive product direction and outcomes.
• Lead and grow a global, high-performing team of solution engineers and value engineers.
• Own the customer journey, protect and grow net revenue retention, and drive executive reviews.
• Develop AI-powered tools to scale repeatable sales motions and reduce costs.
