Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for sales teams, customers and partners. You will solve business issues with the Elastic Stack and represent the company at NATO engagements.

The role focuses on planning, deep product knowledge, and enabling partners through education and collateral. Travel up to 30% within region and occasional international trips.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical presales or a similar role.
• Experience selling to enterprise clients and navigating complex environments.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and architectures.
• Strong customer relations and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact within NATO.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet them.
• Build and maintain value-based relationships across organizational levels.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales teams on positioning Elastic solutions.
• Onboard and enable partners to support sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Advocate for customer and community feedback with engineering and leadership.
• Develop both sales and technical skills through self-driven learning.
