Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as a pre-sales technical architect and proposal writer across IT Service Management, ServiceNow, Atlassian/Jira Service Management, AMS/ASO, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Infrastructure. The role is full-time and remote, partnering with Business Development, Capture, and Delivery leaders to translate client requirements into winning technical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of IT services experience with RFPs/SOWs and pre-sales/proposal roles.
Ability to design and articulate solutions across ITSM/ITIL, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Atlassian/Jira Service Management, AMS/ASC, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
Proven track record writing technical proposal content for government and/or commercial RFPs.
Strong ability to communicate to executive and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into winning, technically sound solutions for ITSM, Service Desk, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
Write and edit proposal content—technical narratives, staffing plans, and pricing assumptions.
Lead or support solutioning workshops with capture teams and delivery leads.
Collaborate with partner/alliance teams to incorporate platform capabilities and licensing into proposed solutions.
Develop reusable solution assets like reference architectures and staffing models.
