Job summary
CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as a pre-sales technical architect and proposal writer across IT service lines including ITSM, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS, Cloud and Infrastructure. This role is client-facing, remote, and pivotal to winning proposals with Business Development, Capture, and Delivery leadership.
The ideal candidate will translate requirements into winning, technically sound solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and craft the Technical Approach sections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
- 5+ years in IT services with experience evaluating RFPs and creating SOWs
- Ability to design solutions across ITSM/ITIL, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated technical solutions
- Lead or support solutioning workshops with capture teams and delivery leads
- Write and edit proposal content including technical narratives and staffing plans
- Partner with alliance teams to incorporate platform capabilities into proposals
- Provide technical review and quality control on proposal volumes
