Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as a pre-sales technical architect and proposal writer across our core IT service lines. This role is pivotal to our proposal efforts, translating client requirements into winning, technically sound solutions spanning ITSM, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS/ASO, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in IT services with evaluation of RFPs and creation of SOWs, plus pre-sales/solutions architecture or proposal development experience.
• Proven ability to design and articulate solutions across ITSM/ITIL, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, AMS/ASO, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Infrastructure/Network.
• Proven track record writing technical proposal content for government and/or commercial RFPs.
• Strong understanding of managed services delivery models, staffing/pricing constructs, and SLA design.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify opportunities for new business and develop/support new lines of business.
• Lead solution architecture for pre-sales pursuits translating RFP/RFI into differentiated, compliant technical and staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop CAI strategy for pursuits.
• Design and document end-to-end solutions across ITSM/ITIL, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS/ASO, Cloud (AWS/Azure) and Infrastructure.
• Write and edit proposal content—technical narratives, solution overviews, staffing plans, and pricing assumptions.
