Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to join our world-class Customer Experience team. You will be a trusted technical partner, guiding onboarding, implementation, and expansion with white-glove support and proven strategies.

This hands-on role blends coding with customer advocacy, delivering value across Grafana’s observability stack. You’ll lead engagements, deliver training, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deployment experience on project teams.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y).
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Proven track record delivering customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and workshops with customers.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable observability solutions.
• Guide architecture designs incorporating the Grafana stack.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams.
• Provide training, roadmap guidance, and best practices.
• Monitor outcomes and identify product improvements.
