Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to join our world-class Customer Experience team. This role blends deep technical delivery with customer advocacy to accelerate Grafana adoption and produce measurable outcomes.

You will guide onboarding, implementation, and expansion, offering white-glove support and best practices across Grafana’s observability stack. This is a remote, globally distributed role with a strong emphasis on customer success and

Qualifications

• Based in the UK.
• 5+ years on deployment teams using PM techniques.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y).
• Best practices for using and deploying an o11y stack (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces) — preferably Grafana products.
• Proven track record delivering customer projects, enterprise o11y implementations.
• Excellent communication with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka preferred).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms AWS, GCP, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers including executives, PMs, and IT staff.
• Translate business needs into technical and architectural requirements.
• Design solutions involving data visualization, workflows, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
• Lead workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
• Accelerate delivery and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Stay current on Grafana Labs and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams.
• Provide guidance to help customers succeed with leading-edge technologies.
