Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to join our remote Customer Experience team. You will be a trusted technical partner guiding onboarding, implementation, and expansion with white‑glove support and best practices.

You’ll blend coding and customer work, translating complex tech landscapes into scalable observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deployment/solutions experience with customers.
• Experience with observability stacks (o11y) and Grafana products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers and internal teams.
• Kubernetes expertise and cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements and document requirements accurately.
• Design solutions: data visualization, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
• Lead workshops and guide functional delivery with clear methodologies.
• Accelerate delivery while maintaining standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services.
