Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to join our world-class Customer Experience team. This is a highly hands-on role for technically skilled professionals who help customers solve complex problems and accelerate adoption with Grafana.

You’ll be a trusted technical partner, guiding onboarding, implementation, and expansion by offering white-glove support, best practices, and proven strategies drawn from across our customer base.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience on deployment teams using project management techniques.
Direct experience with observability (o11y).
Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces) - preferably with Grafana products.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers including executives, PMs, and IT staff.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and design solutions (data visualization, workflows, migrations, enterprise-scale architecture).
Lead workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
Act as a functional lead, driving methodology and functional capabilities; accelerate delivery while adhering to standards.
