Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Observability Architect to own long-term customer success. You will architect and guide complex observability deployments across diverse environments, embedding Grafana’s technology into mission-critical systems.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to shape roadmaps, deliver training, and drive ROI for key accounts while representing the voice of the customer internally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in technical support, TAM, consulting, or post-sales roles within tech.
• Deep knowledge of observability tools and architectures.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for Grafana customer portfolios.
• Design and guide observability maturity journeys for customers.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to drive adoption.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success and ROI.
• Advise on best practices and roadmaps; develop technical documentation and training.
• Own customer lifecycle with Engagement Managers to maximize product value.
• Represent customer voice to internal teams to influence product decisions.
• Prepare reports on client metrics and areas of focus.
