Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, partners, and community. You will drive the Elastic Stack adoption, engage regional Elastic communities, and enable sales through Partners.

A successful candidate continuously learns and challenges the status quo while delivering impact. You will deep-dive into customer goals, articulate how Elastic offerings address needs, and craft value-based relationships at all organization levels.

Qualifications

• Experience selling and implementing technology to earn customer trust.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and solutions.
• Proven customer-relations skills and architectural pattern discussions.
• Willingness to travel 30% within region and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and managers.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet them.
• Build and own value-based relationships across customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners to support sales cycles.
• Collaborate with teams to meet client needs and feedback.
