Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant who will serve as a pre-sales technical architect and proposal writer across IT service lines. You will translate client requirements into winning, technically sound solutions—spanning ITSM, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS, Cloud, and Infrastructure.

The role is full-time and remote, with a focus on collaboration with Business Development, Capture, and Delivery leadership to position CAI as the preferred vendor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of IT services experience with evaluating RFPs and creating SOWs in a pre-sales/solutions role.
• Ability to design and articulate solutions across ITSM/ITIL, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Infrastructure.
• Proven track record writing technical proposal content for government and/or commercial RFPs.
• Strong understanding of managed services delivery models, staffing/pricing constructs, and SLA design.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities and support new lines of business.
• Lead or support solutioning workshops with capture teams and delivery leads.
• Write and edit proposal content in collaboration with proposal writers and capture managers.
• Partner with alliance teams to incorporate platform capabilities and co-sell opportunities.
• Develop reusable solution assets and assist in BAFO preparation and client presentations.
