U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with sales teams, design and implement complex products, and articulate the business value of solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will act as a trusted advisor across lines of business, lead customer discovery and pre-sales discussions, develop customized proposals, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, payments, or related roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities involving complex products and integrated solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource through the sales process, articulating value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, pre-sales consultations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized client proposals, demonstrations, and solution recommendations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value and practical customer solutions.
• Provide implementation guidance and post-sale support to drive onboarding and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assemble comprehensive customer solutions and support pricing and business cases.
