Job summary

NRI North America is seeking a Senior Technical Solution Architect to work with customers and account executives in a pre-sales capacity, shaping engagements and delivering tailored architectures across North America.

The role involves leading discovery, designing complex solutions, and mentoring junior architects while collaborating with delivery and sales teams to ensure seamless transitions after sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 7–9 years in a solution architect, pre-sales engineer, or technical consulting role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to train and disseminate information across teams.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and infrastructure/ connectivity analyses.
• Lead onsite or virtual workshops and discovery sessions.
• Write statements of work, BOMs, and project estimates.
• Partner with account executives on technical discovery and solution design.
• Develop and present tailored architectures aligning with business needs.
