U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Business Process & Operations Analyst to lead process improvements, support technology initiatives, and drive operational excellence across the enterprise.

You will work closely with business partners, operations teams, and technology groups to deliver efficient workflows and superior customer experiences. The role requires strong business analysis, process management, and project delivery skills, with experience in requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in business analysis, operations management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting system implementations or large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with process modeling and workflow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for future-state processes.
• Develop and document current-state and future-state process flows and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams on functional requirements and risks.
• Monitor process performance using established metrics and reporting tools.
• Support enterprise initiatives from initiation through implementation and stabilisation.
